hook	He is said to be the best	Report what people believe, starting with the person or thing.	Kể lại điều người ta tin, bắt đầu bằng người hay vật được nói tới.
p1	The rule: subject + is said / believed / thought + to + verb; Past: + to have + past participle	Use to plus the verb for now, and to have for the past.	Dùng to cộng động từ cho hiện tại, và to have cho quá khứ.
p2	An example: The castle is thought to have been built in 1200.	The building happened long ago, so we use to have.	Việc xây đã xảy ra từ lâu, nên dùng to have.
p3	Watch out: is said being rich -> is said to be rich; believed to leave yesterday -> to have left	Always use to after said, and to have for past events.	Luôn dùng to sau said, và to have cho việc đã qua.
