chuyenchon App Requirements (marlins/app/admin/mori)
Kết quả rà soát 4 app legacy (2026-08-13) → requirement ứng viên cho Nemo12. Mỗi mục có fit (adopt/adapt/defer/drop), effort, value. Những mục adopt/adapt value=high được nâng lên PRD với REQ chính thức khi tới lượt build. File này là backlog có traceability (feature ↔ doc parity).
